Shipping Information

Thank you for shopping with Grind Beans. We aim to dispatch all orders quickly and securely using Royal Mail delivery services across the United Kingdom and internationally where available.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Orders placed after 2:00 PM may be processed on the next working day.

During busy periods, seasonal promotions, or holidays, dispatch times may be slightly longer.


UK Shipping

We use Royal Mail tracked delivery services for reliable and secure shipping.

Available Shipping Services

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24® — estimated delivery within 1–2 working days
  • Royal Mail Tracked 48® — estimated delivery within 2–3 working days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.


International Shipping

International delivery is available to selected countries.

Shipping costs and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country.
  • International delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local postal services.

Certain products or destinations may be restricted under Royal Mail international shipping regulations.


Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • High postal volumes
  • Weather disruptions
  • Customs processing
  • Public holidays
  • Carrier operational delays

Grind Beans is not responsible for delays once parcels have been handed to Royal Mail.


Tracking Your Order

If you selected a tracked shipping service, you will receive tracking details by email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, additional shipping charges may apply for resending the parcel.


Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@grindbeans.co.uk within 7 days of delivery.

We will work with Royal Mail to investigate the issue and provide a suitable resolution where applicable.
